During my third week working with Nevio Prosen from Prosen Consulting, He told me the two most looked-at sites for new customers and patients are social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Yelp. The other thing is Google and their Google reviews. During some of my extra time with him, I worked on those things after he mentored me about their importance. After my posts and comments on Instagram, I am happy to say almost 1,000 people have viewed the page, 70 people have engaged in the posts, and 66 people have clicked the link in the bio that takes them to the website. I was able to find this information on the Meta business website. Although it is uncertain if any new customers have come in from the Instagram page, I am positive it will make a difference in the long-term effects. To get more results on the Google reviews, I made three signs about the Google reviews and left them around the office. I also made an Instagram post about it. Even though it has only been up for a week, the amount of Google reviews doubled and went up 100%. The office is about a year old so it is even more important to have reviews about a new office. My work was a big success. I really enjoyed working with the marketing aspect because I am able to see the work I put in and its positive outcome come out. As I mentioned in my previous blog post, I am trying to work out every aspect of business. Some of the aspects of Louise didn't really stick out, but I am happy to say marketing has stuck out to me.
Sounds like you got deep into the Social media side of the business. Marketing as a future side of working within the dentistry business looks like a possible option for you
